Semper Iuvenis

Continuing with our film theme today, we've released our latest redwood artwork, an image of a member of the General Grant Grove of sequoias in the Kings Canyon National Park. So far, we have not been able to ascertain the name of this tree, and wev'e tried! So, today, it remains unnamed, but not unloved. Near the base of the tree, someone hand-painted a small sign saying "DO NOT CLIMB ON TREE." This beautiful tree is fire-scarred but time-tested. it will be here long after us. And yet, as the new growth on its trunk shows, it remains forever young. And so it is titled.

This image was made with the Arca-Swiss 4x5 Field Metric F and Fujifilm 210mm lens on Kodak Ektar 100 film.
