Thursdays in the Kitchen : Beef/Chard Ravioli with Pancetta

I'm using the fantastic frozen beef/chard ravioli from Jason Kimball's very own Silvio's Ravioli Factory and Catering to whip up a delicious meal. I topped them with pan-fried pancetta, peas, fresh-grated parm, pepper, pine nuts, a touch of butter, and fragrant fresh basil. Dishware by Ceramiche Casola of Positano.
