First, our apologies for a hiccup in our commenting system. Unfortunately, that hiccup was “expensive” in the sense that all comments before Saturday, May 13, were lost. We’re working to get them back [you would think it wouldn’t be that difficult, but . . . ], but we have a new commenting system in place that should be more robust and easier to use.
