Thursdays in the Kitchen: Buttermilk-Brined Roasted Chicken

Um, yeah, it's even tastier than it sounds. This was easily the tastiest roasted chicken I have ever eaten. In my life. Mary found the recipe over here. Exceptionally easy, but you've got to plan for the brining time. Highly recommended.
